Welcome. I’m a licensed clinical social worker offering therapy in California and Pennsylvania for individuals and couples. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, and complex trauma who are wanting to live a richer and less restricted life.

The symptoms and struggles you experience are meaningful, and our work together will be holistic and depth-oriented. Rather than pathologizing what you're experiencing, we listen to and explore what your psyche is communicating to you.

I enjoy working with people who are ready for deep self-exploration and understanding and want to extend that awareness to their relationships in a powerful way. Many of the folks I work with have a history of navigating difficult familial relationships throughout their lives - dealing with parents with addiction or mental illness, complex immigration histories, and intergenerational trauma can make it hard to build authentic and deep relationships, both with yourself and other people.

I have specialized training in reproductive mental health and have supported people navigating all stages and transitions of the perinatal period: fertility, pregnancy, abortion, miscarriage, birth, and postpartum. I also support people with exploring their decision to be childfree, as well as helping individuals and couples who are transitioning to parenthood.

Through our time together, I hold space for your uniqueness in a way that supports you in strengthening your relationship with your own mind and body. My goal is to help you manage your internal conflicts to live a more free and meaningful life - a second chance at the life that feels most aligned for you.

My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and experiential. I use a variety of gentle yet effective healing-oriented approaches including EMDR and parts work that involve strengthening your internal resources to deal with distress. I also have a certificate in analytical psychology and find that working with the unconscious through dreams, fantasies, and creative expression can be a transformative experience for many of us, especially for artists and creatives of all kinds. With couples, I use the above approaches combined with the method of relational life therapy (RLT).

I am passionate about working with people of color, multicultural couples/families, and immigrants/children of immigrants. I am aware and affirming of poly, kink, and LBTQIA+ communities, and have experience working with queer, trans, and neurodivergent folks.

Aside from my work as a therapist, I am trained as a full-spectrum doula and childbirth educator, and as such, I aim to provide accessible, holistic, community-based care for all birthing people and their families, including trans/non-binary people.
